Complaint from Stephanie Lopez Los Angeles, CAabout 2 months agoTHESE PEOPLE STARTING FROM DISPATCH ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. THEY PROVIDED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO WAIT 4 HOURS FOR THESE PEOPLE TO COME TOW MY VEHICLE ONLY FOR THEM TO TAKE OFF BECAUSE I COMPLAINT OVER THE PRICE THAT THEY TRIED TO RAISE. CALLED A BUNCH OF TIMES AND AT THE END WAS TOLD FUCK U BITCH WE ARE NOT GONNA SERVICE YOU.
